Delia Dörflinger
Managing Director & Soft Laser Expert
As managing director of TCMLaser Dörflinger in Allschwil, I lead a company together with my father that specialises in the application and distribution of high-quality soft lasers from the brands B-Cure, MKW & LABpen. With lumalaser.ch, we provide private individuals, professionals and practices across Switzerland with access to certified laser therapy devices and expert consultation.
My professional journey began in nursing. As a qualified nurse, I gained valuable early experience in working directly with people and health. This foundation still shapes my holistic perspective on therapy, healing and empathy.
After my nursing career, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, deepening my knowledge in corporate management, strategy and financial management – competencies I apply directly to building and developing our company.
I speak German, English and French, allowing me to advise customers across Switzerland and beyond – especially in the field of soft laser application in therapy and practice.
Edwin Dörflinger
Owner with 20+ Years of Industry Experience
I have been working in medical technology and the distribution of innovative health products for over 20 years, with the goal of sustainably improving the quality of life for people and animals through modern therapy methods.
As founder and managing director of TCMLaser Dörflinger in Allschwil, I have specialised in the sale and consultation around high-quality low-level laser devices. At lumalaser.ch, we distribute certified soft lasers from the brands B-Cure, MKW and LABpen for therapeutic, medical and preventive applications.
Since 2011, my focus has been on the practical application of low-level laser therapy. In close collaboration with the manufacturers MKW (Germany) and the inventors of B-Cure (Israel), I offer well-founded consultation, comprehensive training and ongoing guidance.
What is especially important to me is honest, individual consultation. Not only high-quality soft lasers are at the centre, but also your personal needs.
